the breakfast buffet was plentiful with good variety. the pools included two separate complexes which i really liked. my spacious room had comfortable beds and this was a plus.

I noticed some slight dirtiness in the pools. It could have been better maintained.

the electricity kept going on and off. the ac stopped working in the night, so it was very hot. all the lights would turn on and off at random times. this made it impossible for me to sleep all night.

the room was spacious , it featured good sanitair and a comfortable layout. the breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty. i especially valued the warm welcome from the service team each day. the pools were clean , so guests were spread out and it never felt crowded.

the location requires transport to reach the main beach area.

the staff was friendly. the shuttle service to the beach was convenient. the pools were amazing. i liked that the rooms had quality ac.

the location wasn't ideal. you couldn't easily walk along the roads. there were no pathways and the roads were busy. a taxi was always necessary. the pool area was too small, and there was not enough room.

i found the halal food available during the breakfast buffet very tasty. free shuttle service to jungceylon mall was provided. this service added convenience to my stay. THE environment was very inviting.

the air conditioning in my room wasn't working , so i called five times for assistance during the night , but no one came. a staff member mentioned i was "in the queue". this response was disappointing.
